GroupSpot provides shortcuts to popular features accessible right from your group’s home screen. With a single tap, you have immediate access to your shared calendar, group chat, ability to post, group menu, member directory, photos, and even special features customized just for teams, Roster and Games. This is your shared 12-month calendar. For coaches, think games, practices, film, lifts, meetings, OTAs, etc. For boosters, think games, tailgates, socials, fundraisers, pasta parties, team banquets, merchandise store deadlines, etc. The calendar can be synced to your phone or your external calendar and can even display featuring your team color.
Now you can chat with all members of your group at the same time. Group chat is a great place for members to engage with one another or to ask questions unrelated to the feed content.
Content can be posted to the feed for everyone’s eyes and engagement or you can use subgroups and/or sister groups to tailor communications to a smaller subset or like group. This is also where you add to your posts, things like attachments, signups, polls, forms, and attendance.
Your menu is your gateway to historical photos, videos, attachments, signups, forms, and attendance. It’s also where you access your personal and group settings.
When you want access to all the members on the app, head to your member directory. On a personal level, share whichever personal contact details you’re comfortable making available to the group (email, mobile, social, address, Venmo, etc.). And easily find other members with a simple search.
This is your repository for all things photos and albums. Create on-field game action photo albums in a private album, off-the-field action with shared albums, or a hybrid of the two.
Rosters are your access to varsity, JV, and freshman teams across multiple seasons. Rosters are virtual by nature so they can be complete, making for an inclusive program experience. You can even create customizable roster fields to add more color to the roster experience.
