Chat is fun and easy to use on GroupSpot. If you’re in an existing multi-person chat and want to add someone new to the chat, here’s how to make that happen:
1. Open up chat and make sure the Personal tab is selected.
2. Select the multi-person chat you want the new member added to from your list of personal chats.
3. Select the gear icon at the top of the screen.
4. From the new screen, select the Add Someone New from the menu options.
5. Once selected, you can add anyone from any of the groups you belong on GroupSpot by selecting that group that member is in.
6. Select the + icon by their name and Add when prompted.
7. Once added, you will return to your personal chat where you will find the new member added to your chat.
