Add Reminders to Events or Games

GroupSpot allows you to customize event reminders by email or push notifications so that everyone stays on the same page. And you can set multiple reminders on the same event so nothing is missed.

1. From the create post screen, start by giving your event or game a title and description. Once you’ve added your date, time and the other key information, select Reminders.

2. On the reminders screen, choose from one of the popular defaults, one hour push notification or one day email, or choose Custom to create your own.

3. When you’ve chosen custom, pick your advance warning and reminder type, then hit ADD. Set it and forget it.

4. Add as many reminders as you like. Once you’ve locked in your reminders, select Done.

5. Once your event or game is posted, your reminders will deliver as scheduled by email or push notification.

And for some reason your event gets canceled or postponed, your reminders will automatically be voided.
